Match Group Announces the Sale of The Princeton Review Completed

DALLAS, March 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Match Group (NASDAQ: MTCH) today announced that it has completed its previously announced sale of all of its Non-dating business, which operates under the umbrella of The Princeton Review, to ST Unitas, a global education technology company.
