Pamela Seymon has been a director of Match Group since 2015. She was a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, a New York law firm (WLRK), from 1989 to 2011, and prior to that, was an associate at WLRK from 1982. Ms. Seymon brings to the Board extensive legal and public affairs experience, having specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance, and represented public and private corporations on offense as well as defense, in both friendly and unsolicited transactions. She contributes a deep understanding of risk management, particularly in strategic, sophisticated and high-profile matters.
Ms. Seymon is a graduate of Wellesley College, where she was a Wellesley Scholar, and New York University School of Law.
